Thanks to all local members and distant members who attended the Penzance seminar on Aug 2nd 09.  Im pleased that everyone enjoyed the lessons from Sifu Brian.  We all took in valid pointers, idea's and application's from our sifu.  After talking to Sifu Brian we must remember that the lessons learned must be practiced over and over for our subconcious to instinctively take the motions onboard.  So for true improvement we must train with dedication aswell as enjoyment.
